Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The service was disappointing overall, with the exception of the bellboy who was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions but had some issues with the supposedly all-inclusive water park. The dining experience fell short of expectations despite some good food choices.
